Site blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Furthermore featured in this new document drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and features a legend identifying different sections of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.
